Elastomeric Cementitious (Waterproof Coating)
XPERT Seal X1 waterproof coating is a two-component waterproof system, consisting of a cementitious powder and a specially formulated acrylic polymer solution. When XPERT Seal X1 powder mixed with XPERT Seal X1 solution to a lump-free consistency it provides a waterproof coating that is easily applied by brush or roller to concrete and masonry above and below ground level.

DOSAGE
1st Coat 8.0-10.0 m2/16 kg pack.
2nd Coat 10.0 m2/pack.
On rough surfaces, the quantities required may increase by up to 50%.
