XPERT RELEASE 245 is a mineral oil and petroleum-based form with dual action formulation, lightly reactive with improved barrier characteristics. It is designed for use on plywood, high-density plywood, wood, fiberglass, steel, and aluminum forms. It is suitable for poured-in-place or formed concrete and equipment such as paving machines, concrete pumps, and bucket hoists.

Directions
Surface Preparation: Ensure forms are clean and free of dust, dirt, laitance, hardened concrete, or residue that might discolor new concrete. Mixing: XPERT RELEASE 245 does not require mixing and should not be diluted. Application: Apply with a brush, roller, or pressurized sprayer. Wipe off excess and drips with a clean, soft rag. Wait a minimum of 30 minutes before pouring concrete. New Wood Forms: Apply an initial coat at 800 ft² per gallon (1.9 m² per liter) and do not wipe. Allow the material to absorb into the wood. Recoat for extremely porous forms.
