XPERT Zinc Primer
XPERT Zinc Primer is a heavy-duty, zinc-rich steel protection coating, formulated for use as a standalone coating or as a primer on steel reinforcing prior to the application of cementitious repair materials.

Application Instructions
Preparation: All contacted surfaces must be free of oil, grease, or any other contamination that may inhibit bond. Any loose mill scale or rust should be removed by wire brushing or abrasive cleaning. Mixing: XPERT Zinc Primer is a high solids zinc coating and may have settled slightly during storage. Shake or mix well before use. Application: Apply XPERT Zinc Primer by brush or roller at a rate of 8-10 m² per liter over the entire nominated area. Allow the primer to dry for 4 hours before applying the second coat. Curing: Suitable for pedestrian traffic after 24 hours. Allow 7 days for full cure.
