BENEFITS
This floor coating is hygienic and easy to clean, suitable for hot water steaming which makes it perfect for GMP and HACCP environments. It is hard-wearing with high abrasion and impact resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance. XPERT PU CRETE MF resists a wide range of chemicals including alkalis, acids, and organic solvents. It performs well under a broad temperature range, from -5°C to 100°C depending on thickness. Additionally, it resists fungi, mildew, and bacterial growth, and is solvent-free, odorless, and non-cytotoxic after curing. Its slip-resistant matte finish ensures safety in work environments.

APPLICATION
Before application, the concrete or screed substrate must have a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm² and adhesive pull-off strength above 1.5 N/mm². The surface must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants such as oils, dust, laitance, and moisture. If moisture exceeds 7%, a moisture barrier treatment or epoxy mortar should be applied. The parts of the coating are mixed carefully, with Part A and Part B combined first, followed by Part C, the pigmented powder, to create a uniform mix. A primer or scratch coat of XPERT PU CRETE MF is applied first to seal the substrate, and once cured (14-24 hours), the topping coat is applied to the desired thickness. Air bubbles are removed immediately using a spike roller. Application should only occur under suitable temperature and humidity conditions to ensure proper curing.
