XPERT Stone 140
XPERT Stone 140 is a three-component, trowel-applied epoxy topping, consisting of a two-part, 100% solids epoxy and a precisely blended aggregate. It is typically installed at a depth of 0.25-inch (0.64 cm).
Uses:
Resurfacing of floors subject to high impact or heavy abrasion. Ideal for heavy traffic aisles in industrial production or high-volume warehouse facilities.

Directions
Surface Preparation: Ensure concrete is at least 28 days old, clean of all foreign material, and mechanically profiled. A paddle-type mortar mixer is recommended for mixing the product. Priming: Prime the clean, prepared substrate with XPERT 100 and apply XPERT Stone 140 while the primer is still tacky. Mixing: For a standard unit of XPERT Stone 140: Part A Resin: 2.4 gallons (9 L) Part B Hardener: 0.8 gallons (3 L) Part C Aggregate: 200 pounds (90 Kg) Mix the components for 2 minutes in a mortar mixer. Application: Apply the mortar directly onto the primed area and spread to a 0.25-inch (0.64 cm) depth with a plasterer’s trowel or wood screed. Use a steel trowel for final finishing.

ADVANTAGES
Exceptional compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths. Superior durability with abrasion and impact resistance. Good to moderate chemical resistance, which can be improved with a chemical-resistant urethane topcoat. Continuous control of bacteria, molds, fungi, and yeast growth. Disrupts the growth of a broad spectrum of micro-organisms. Available in a variety of colors.

Limitations
Do not thin with solvents or water as it prevents proper curing. Do not apply in the presence of foodstuffs (USDA approval applies only to fully cured material). Not suitable for immersion or primary containment of highly aggressive chemicals. Do not apply if the substrate temperature is below 50°F (10°C). Avoid applying in direct sunlight during extreme heat to prevent defects like wrinkling, pinholes, and blistering.
