Xpert Epoxy Stone 140
XPERT Stone 140 is a three-component, trowel-applied epoxy topping, consisting of a two-part, 100% solids epoxy and a precisely blended aggregate. It is typically installed at a depth of 0.25-inch (0.64 cm). Uses: Resurfacing of floors subject to high impact or heavy abrasion. Ideal for heavy traffic aisles in industrial production or high-volume warehouse facilities. Directions Surface Preparation: Ensure concrete is at least 28 days old, clean of all foreign material, and mechanically profiled. A paddle-type mortar mixer is recommended for mixing the product. Priming: Prime the clean, prepared substrate with XPERT 100 and apply XPERT Stone 140 while the primer is still tacky. Mixing: For a standard unit of XPERT Stone 140: Part A Resin: 2.4 gallons (9 L) Part B Hardener: 0.8 gallons (3 L) Part C Aggregate: 200 pounds (90 Kg) Mix the components for 2 minutes in a mortar mixer. Application: Apply the mortar directly onto the primed area and spread to a 0.25-inch (0.64 cm) depth with a plasterer’s trowel or wood screed. Use a steel trowel for final finishing. ADVANTAGES

Its sealing properties are exceptional, protecting substrates from moisture and chemical exposure, and it demonstrates strong resistance to salt corrosion. XPERT EP - 100 is ideally used as a primer and sealer for epoxy flooring systems, and it can be applied on cement, wood, stone, and wall surfaces, including applications above or below the waterline. The product can be applied easily using spray, brush, or roller methods.
